With the IvoBase system, the chemical shrinkage of the resin is entirely compensated during polymerization, thanks to the patented temperature control in the flask and the heater. This enables the fabrication of denture bases featuring high accuracy and fit. High accuracy of fit due to shrinkage compensation. Very low residual monomer content of <1% due to residual monomer reduction (RMR) Less odor & staining due to dense bubble-free acrylic base. Various shades available, including the option for a heightened opacity 

 Our Acrylic Partials are processed using Ivoclar ProBase Hot Acrylic in the Lucitone 199 Gingival Tone & premium Stainless Steel Ortho-Wire. They can be IvoBase Injected for a slight extra fee. Our Acrylic Partials are First Mounted on a Surveyor to determine optimal path of insertion and optimal undercut of teeth to be clasped. Our Flippers are processed using Ivoclar ProBase Cold in Lucitone 199 Gingival Tone. All our Acrylic Partials & Flippers are Returned pre-seated on a Hydrocolloid Duplicated Model saving you Chair Time. 

 Our Relines are Guaranteed Same Day Service. " Must be in by 10:00 AM for a 4:00 PM Delivery". This excludes Heat Cure Relines that require an overnight cure. They may also be IvoBase Injected for an Extra Fee and is also Same Day. 

Our Simple Repairs are also Same Day Service. If received in the afternoon, we will do our upmost to deliver by end of day. 

Major repairs, multiple tooth, welding to Framework require 2-3 Days. All major Repairs are Pre-Seated & returned on Hydrocolloid Duplicated Model. 

 For  your Implant Dentures & Partials, we recommend using Ivoclar IvoBase Implant Acrylic.
